The Hawkins family built our home and we love it. It's been close to a year. They follow up to make sure things are going great. They were so helpful helping to make sure all the finishes we picked out would look great. They always communicated with us on everything so we were always in the loop during construction. When our inspector came through he said it was top notch. Since moving in the foreman Robert helped me by advising me on all the things we should do to help up keep our home. We vacationed the week of closing and thanks to Robert he kept our sod alive during the warm spring. We love Robert. He checks in often just to make sure we are happy. I couldn't say nicer things about this whole group. The sub contractors are great people. We are just so pleased. Definitely refer all our friends. :)

Purchased plans on the internet and took the plans to Hawkins Homes. My wife and I sat down with Mr. Hawkins, went over the plans and agree on a price. Throughout the build, Mr. Hawkins and staff kept us in the loop, taking every precaution to build the home exactly the way we wanted. We added several upgrades to the plans in the beginning and all were met beyond our expectations. Our home is not only a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind in Clarksville that we are proud of, but here we are four years later and Hawkins Homes is STILL standing by their work, driving by our home occasionally to make sure all is well! We don’t write reviews but had to about Hawkins. We weren’t sure about doing a pre sold because we heard it could be very stressful but from the beginning to end we had a great experience with Hawkins. We sat down with Rex & Kendra Hawkins and Jon Vaughn letting them know what we were looking for in a home. They answered all our questions/concerns. They showed us a house plan that fit our needs. We had plenty of colors and selections (cabinets, hardware,counter tops, etc.) when it was time to choose for the house. When we sat down with Kendra, she was great. She gave tips on what colors/pattersns went well together. The Hawkins staff from Kendra Hawkins to our foreman made us feel secure during the build. It is clear they take pride in building their homes. Even though we are done building we feel that we could call Hawkins and they would be more then happy to assist/help us. They exceeded our expectations every time during process. We couldn’t be more happy with our Hawkins home.
